Privacy

This site is run by [NEEDS: legal entity name and state of organization] (“West River Home Buyers,” “we”).

What we collect

• What you type into the form: the property address and your phone number, plus anything you choose to add in the optional second step (name, email, your situation, timeline, the house’s condition, notes).
• The page you sent it from, so we know which pages are useful.
• Calls and texts you make to our number.
• Site usage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity uses cookies; Microsoft’s privacy statement covers how it handles that data. We mask form fields in Clarity recordings.

How we use it

Only to talk with you about selling your house. Your information goes only to the West River Home Buyers team and is stored in our customer-management system [NEEDS: CRM name]. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it with other investors.

Calls and text messages

We only call or text you about selling your property. If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that West River Home Buyers may call and text the number you gave, including marketing messages that may be sent using automated technology. Checking the box is optional and isn’t required to get an offer or to sell.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop texts, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or call us.
• We keep a record of when you gave consent and the exact wording you agreed to.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Deleting your information

Call or email us and ask: [NEEDS: privacy contact email]. We’ll delete what we hold except anything we’re required to keep for a completed purchase.
